Based on sketches taken from
period art, this simple wrap-style
coat has a fitted body with set in
sleeves, making it less bulky
than the square cut frocks. Made
from sturdy 10 oz. canvas in a
variety of colors, it features a
generous overlap, fringe at the
shoulders and near the cuff end
of the sleeve, and of course will
be tailored to you measurements.
(Sash not included.)

"Indiana", a fine young man and
muzzleloader, is wearing a caped
version of the Hunter's Coat. On this
one we have left off the shoulder
fringe and added a fringed cape as
well as fringe down the front opening
and around the bottom hem.
Pictured in Tobacco Linen, it's also
